Formalies – who owns what?!

Gnostic AB (Mother Company) is a privately held company currently located in Höganäs, Sweden. Gnostic AB have the full ownership of two subsidiaries; Gnostic Motor Corporation AB (GMC) & Hedman Ericsson Patent AB (HEP).

GMC AB is the Marketing Company & HEP is the Intellectual Property Rights Company.

GMC is assigned to advertise and market the products of HEP under the name Gnostic Motor Corporation.
